• Enquiry form on this website: the type of enquiry, your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred date, number of people, and any message you choose to write.
• Calls and WhatsApp: your phone number and whatever you tell us when you contact us.
• Forms in our ads: if you submit your details through a form in one of our Facebook, Instagram or Google ads, we receive what you submit, such as your name, phone number or email address.

Information collected automatically

• Your device and browser type, and the pages you view.
• The buttons you tap, such as Call, WhatsApp or Book tickets.
• How you reached us, for example from an ad, a search or a social page.
• Your approximate location (city level) and cookie identifiers, through the tools listed in section 3.

Ticket bookings

Tickets are booked on a separate booking website (uvameridian.in). Your booking details and payment are handled there, through our payment gateway. This website does not collect your card or payment details.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and share prices, packages and availability, including school, college and group visits.
• To follow up on your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp, and to confirm your visit.
• To understand how people use our website and to improve it.
• To measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested, including people who have visited our website.
• To keep records, keep our guests safe, and meet legal requirements.

We send messages that relate to your enquiry. We send other promotional messages only if you agree, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies and similar tools on this website:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry form to our team.
• Google (analytics, advertising, fonts, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, advertising).
• Our booking and payment providers on the ticket booking website.
• Our website and marketing team, who work on our behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers may store or process information on servers outside India.

5. Facebook, Instagram and Google ads

When you see or click one of our ads, Meta or Google may collect information about you under their own privacy policies. If you submit your details in a form in one of our ads, that information is passed to us and we use it only to respond to you, as described in this policy. Facebook may show its own privacy notice beside the form.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your enquiry, arrange your visit, keep our accounts and meet legal requirements. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information;
• stop using your information for marketing or advertising.

We aim to handle your information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

8. Children

Our park welcomes families and school groups, but this website is meant for adults such as parents, teachers and group organisers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. For school and college trips, we receive details from the teacher or coordinator who contacts us. If you think a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit who on our team can see enquiries. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This website links to other sites, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and our ticket booking website. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
